Publisher represents and warrants that:
(a) Publisher is not registered to do business in the following jurisdictions ("Sanctioned Jurisdictions"):
(b) Publisher implements geolocation blocking for, or otherwise does not publish content in or target customers in, the Sanctioned Jurisdictions.
(c) Publisher will not use Meson Mediation LLC services for or on behalf of any entities or individuals located in Sanctioned Jurisdictions or that are restricted under applicable trade sanctions and export compliance laws that includes OFAC sanctions.
